Just Loose My Opportunities
Hold up, this week very chaotic & dynamic situation that I have to face in comparing with few weeks before. I oftently receive some information for the process of just find & be part of a company, especially for assessment/psicometrics. One of the process that I joining for is very short and candidates just can receive about they for move into the next stages in just one day with offering expected recieved after user interview on days two. I also have to pass for at least two stages exclude of administration, like I pass until HR interview and gone on that stage. I just do prohibited action for HR interview which I think about to over-share for our situation, like don't be just professional.
When HR interview, I just say that I still have a contract in one company and need two weeks notice for joining the program after offering. For some HR, I know this debatable but we can just to percieve that HR is human as we are, candidates are so red-flag when just informing about has a contract to other company because, in several times, HR oftenly thought that we had no enough loyalty. Despite of that judge, I also feel that I not enough ready for HR interview because, as I mention before, the process of recruitment is very short, so I got burn-out for a bit.
For now, I also have some on progress processes of recruitment, especially on banking sectors that mostly still on the early stages which just for announcement of administration selection. Hopefully on this holy October, I can get some offering with relevant and match with my career aspiration. Bismillah! Lastly, I just confused about why recruiter mostly set schedule for test was on Thursday that make me to need for just aspire about re-schedule the test.
